We provide a planning timeline, coordinate the scheduling of vendor appointments, review and/or negotiate contracts, manage logistics, and answer any questions throughout the planning process.

This partial planning package is ideal for those who enjoy the planning process but need some guidance along the way. We work with you throughout your planning process to define your vision and goals, recommend suitable vendors, and create your floor plan and production schedule before bringing vision to fruition. 

This is designed for the folks that has all details pre-arranged but understands the importance of passing off the reins in the months leading up to their event day! Coordination service begins 60 days out and include a consultation to discuss the timeline, vendor team, design elements, and wedding party details. We will create a production schedule for the event day from set up through tear down and act as the primary point of contact with the vendor team.
